 安庆石化装置首用机泵油雾润滑新系统
截至3月10日，安庆石化催化装置34台机泵全部由“油浸式”润滑改为“强制式”油雾润滑。其中已有12台机泵经改造后已陆续投入正常运行，其它改造机泵的投用工作正在紧锣密鼓地进行。此举为这一关键装置各类机泵的安稳运行提供了可靠保障，同时将大大降低润滑油的耗量。

今年年初，该部在相关部门的大力支持下，利用催化装置停工检修之机，对机泵润滑油系统进行改造，引进了机泵油雾润滑系统。该系统利用装置内的净化风将液体的润滑油变成气态的油雾注入到机泵的轴承箱，使机泵轴承润滑由以前的“油浸式”润滑改为“强制式”机械自动化润滑。据了解，该装置使用油雾润滑后，机泵轴承箱的温度平均下降了6-8℃，润滑油耗量降低了约三分之一，不仅可提高设备使用寿命，而且大大减轻操作人员的工作量。Earlier
