    船用泵 ( 船检齿轮泵 , 船检螺杆泵 ) 常见故障有四种，解决方法也简单。 Marine pump (ChuanJian gear pump, ChuanJian screw pump) there are four common faults, the solution is simple.

一、无压差 A, no pressure difference

　　（ 1 ）船用泵 ( 船检齿轮泵 , 船检螺杆泵 ) 转向不对，核对转向； (1) Marine pump (ChuanJian gear pump, ChuanJian screw pump) to wrong, check steering;

　　（ 2 ）介质脏叶片被卡主：拨动传动轴，正反转几圈让泵内叶片活动一下，仍不上压，则拆泵检查； ) medium dirty blade stuck the Lord: toggle drive shaft, positive &negative laps let pump blade activities once, is still not on the pressure, the open pump inspection;

　　（ 3 ）吸入管漏气：检查并消除漏气现象； (3) the suction pipe leak: check and remove air leakage phenomenon;

二、工作压力达不到 Second, the working pressure can not reach

　　（ 1 ）转速太低。适当提高转速；（ 3 ）船用泵 ( 船检齿轮泵 , 船检螺杆泵 ) 地脚松动，紧固油泵地脚螺栓； speed is too low. An appropriate increase in speed;

　　（ 2 ）密封大量泄漏，先检查轴承是否损坏，若未坏，在检查油封并更换； seal a large number of leakage, check if the bearing damage, if not bad, in check oil seal and replace;

　　（ 3 ）安全阀开启压力过低，调整安全阀栓达到要求压力； the relief valve opening pressure too low, adjust the relief valve bolt meet requirement pressure;

　　（ 4 ）油泵内部损失过大，船用泵 ( 船检齿轮泵 , 船检螺杆泵 ) 的主要零件如：泵体偏心套、端盖、转子、叶片等磨损过大则更换零件； pump internal loss is too large, Marine pump (ChuanJian gear pump, ChuanJian screw pump) of main parts such as: pump body eccentric sleeve, end cover, rotor, leaf and excessive wear the replacement parts;

三、震动和噪音 Three, vibration and noise

　　（ 1 ）轴承损坏，更换轴承； bearing damaged, replace bearing;

　　（ 2 ）泵轴心与传动轴不同心，偏移太大，调整泵轴与传动轴同心度，使倾斜角度不得大于 7 度； the pump shaft axis and different heart, migration is too big, adjust the pump shaft and shaft concentricity, tilt Angle must not be more than 7 degrees;

四、双联油泵变化困难，齿合不上 eccentric sleeve wear too big, change eccentric sleeve;

　　（ 1 ）气压太低或电磁气阀失灵，提高气压或更换电磁气阀； Four, double pump change difficulties, tooth close in

　　（ 2 ）软轴拉线脱落或不灵活，调整和润滑或更换。
